Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by tapkad may result in account suspension and return of undisputed funds.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tapkad account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. tapkad will never ask for your password through any channel — not via email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from tapkad and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
In the event you suspect that your tapkad account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tapkad support immediately via live chat. tapkad will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing. tapkad accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
You may request closure of your tapkad account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. The minimum deposit on tapkad is Rs 100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. In-play (live) betting markets — including PSL cricket live betting — are subject to fast-changing odds. tapkad operates a brief delay between bet submission and acceptance during live events to protect against latency exploitation. tapkad reserves the right to void in-play bets where it can be established that the bet was placed with material advantage of information not reflected in the odds at the time of placement.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for the market to be settled (as defined in the sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For PSL matches and other cricket events, the standard completion threshold is fifty percent (50%) of scheduled overs being bowled unless specific market rules state otherwise.
